Tips and Tricks (Things I learned the hard way)
Storage: Where are you going to store the projects as the students work on them over the days. This will help you determine the size of coaster that will work best for your classroom.
Paper type: I used 60 lb paper (I think the white was 90lb, only because I couldn't get it in 60 lb). Tape: Use transparent tape you can write on. That way students don't need scissors to rip the tape. Team #: The optimal number of team members is up to each teacher. If we did this activity in our classrooms, it would be 2 students, due to space and movement. Since we were able to work in our gym, we had 3 working on it. |
